If you haven't been to Gaston's lately you might not have heard the news! We have a new Facility Manager - Jim Demarais, aka Mr. Happy!

 Jim’s positive demeanor, his hands-on technical experience, and his consistently outstanding customer service is a great addition to our company.

Jim is Master Certified by Ford Motor Company and comes to us with 28 years of experience in the automotive repair industry. After graduating Lincoln Technical Institute in Union NJ, Jim quickly advanced from certified technician to Service Advisor/Service Manager and on to Service and Parts Director.

Jim excels in customer service and has received numerous awards over the course of his career, including, but not limited to: multiple time winner of the Elite President’s Award Ford Motor Company, received 1st Place Ford Motor Company Entire Charlotte Region Employee Excellence Award 2013, and won multiple customer satisfaction awards.

Originally from Middletown NJ, Jim now resides in Holly Springs with his wife Cheryl and three children, Christy, Jennifer, and Jimmy. An active member of the community, Jim is involved with the school, the church, the township. He’s also an athletic coach, vocational school student placement guide, and advisory board member.

As you can imagine, Jim’s a busy man! But that doesn’t stop him from providing excellent customer service every day. So stop by and say hello and see what we are so excited about!
